Payment and Deposits

Our payment terms for standard bookings are as follows: All payments are due in full before the reservation is made or by paying a reservation deposit, and the remaining amount is paid to the drivers in cash or by card.

Any deviation from the original booking price, such as additional waiting time, extra hours, extra stops, or address changes, will be charged. Prices for additional fees are listed in the information for each trip.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the customer cancels the reservation up to 24 hours before the start of the rental, 50% of all payments made are non-refundable. If the customer cancels the reservation up to 12 hours before the start of the rental, 100% of all payments made are non-refundable. If the customer cancels multiple vehicle reservations due to significant social or business events up to 5 days before the start of the rental, 100% of all payments made are non-refundable. If the customer fails to appear at the time and place designated as the pick-up location, all payments made are non-refundable.
